Our house made flatbread dough baked crisp with a variety of toppings. Available in 3 varieties.
- Chicken Caprese- grilled chicken breast meat, fresh mozzarella cheese, and garden grown San Marzano Tomatoes with a fresh made basil pine nut pesto & olive oil.
- Charred Octopus- delightfully delicious charred octopus, diced Kalamata olives, parsley, garlic, olive oil, and a blend of raclette & fontina cheeses.
- Shrimp, Crab & Lobster- shrimp, crab & lobster meat blended with French brie and sliced scallions drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce.
